Dona Kolors is looking for 2 MBA consultants to dedicate about 2 hours per week to develop Sales and Marketing Execution and Strategy and/or support them to improve general business mangement practices.
Dona Kolors is a social entrepreneurship project created by “El Lloc de la Dona” with “Hermanas Oblates” (Sisters Oblates). From the beginning this congregation has been working with women connected to prostitution, looking for solutions to foster social inclusion and help them to access employment opportunities.
The training process consists of three learning levels of sewing, as well as career counseling and guidance to help them enter the job market, focusing on self-employment as well as hiring by companies. Besides this training process, Enfilant l’Agulla has a workshop where handmade products are elaborated and marketed under the brand Dona Kolors. Its purpose is to employ women from the project and raise funds to achieve long-term sustainability, by being able to finance the entire project, business and education alike.
