“Sonha, Faz e Acontece” needs to define its model of intervention in the field. After 5 years in São Tomé and Príncipe and 1 year in Cape Vert, SFA needs to structure its own and very particular way of creating value in the field.

For that, a consulting project in terms of recognizing and defining the typical areas of intervention and respective milestones and KPI’s adopted by SFA -either in the preparation or implementation and monitorization of its projects – would make an impactful difference in its relationship with partners, mainly, with potential sponsors and local entities.

The goal is to create a team of IESE students who are willing to carry out this consulting project based on the information provided by the management team of SFA.
